Formatting of Blank Date Merge Field in Configurable Form

edited Jul 18, 2019 1:24PM in Taleo Business Edition (TBE) 1 comment

Summary

Can a date field be left blank if it is merged with no data in the employee record?

Content

We have an offer letter configurable form where we pull a Start Date and an End Date.  We'd like for the End Date to be blank if there is no end date on the offer, however, when there is no data in the employee record to populate the field, the system puts "dd/mm/y" in the field in the employee's offer (which is odd because you'd assume that it would at least add "dd/mm/yy or yyyy).  Is there a way that we can format this field to be blank if the corresponding employee record is blank?  See attached.
