Salary Adjustment Notification - Transaction details are not visible in BPM Notification

Hello Experts,

Manage Salary approval rule is configured as first 2 levels from manager hierarchy and 3 rd level is application role ( HR Specialist data role).

Issue : At 3rd level of approval stage, when HR Specialist claims the notification in BPM, only notification header is appearing along with 'Approve' edit, reject buttons but salary change details (transaction details) are not appearing.

Issue is happening in Production pod and not in development pod. Did any one face similar issue?
