Employee resigned on 3rd July and his final settlement yet to be processed

Business users while processing regular month end payroll,  they will update terminated employees assignment status as suspended and they will run payroll for active employees and payment will be release

on closure of month end regular payroll process, business will process final settlements for resigned employees

For resigned employees for whom we are processing payroll after month end regular process date, there will be a blank payroll run as these employees assignment status at the begining of the month,   before processing end of service settlments there assignment status is updated as active and  they will process their salary
