Impact of multiple jobs added to a single model profile

Hi,

 

I have created one Job model profile and added  5  jobs to it as these have same competencies. So, instead of creating 5 separate job model profiles , I have created only one model profile.

I am capturing competencies based on jobs in performance document. So, does it impact the performance cycle or employee's profile when document gets completed?
