We have a requirement to make the ratings in Prepare Review Content and drag and drop within the 9-box to have the performance rating as Read Only.  We need them to be visible, but don't want users to be able to update the ratings in Talent Review.  The business process is that the ratings should only be updated by the Line Manager in the Talent Ratings section of the person profile, and that they then flow to Talent Review.
