Is it possible to return values in a DFF that pertain to the user selecting

Content

We want to create a DFF on the Cash Advance screen that contains the value of the Travel Authorization (this should be for the Idea Lab as well).  Ideally the values in the drop list would be travel authorizations for that specific user (rather than the entire universe of values).  This actually exists on the Expense header screen as a delivered field.  So the question is - is this possible to do?  And if so, how?

Thanks,

Bill
