Employee not appearing on report; issue appears to be related to Top Manager Name field

edited Jul 24, 2019 2:50PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 5 comments

Summary

Recreated current report with filter on the impacted employee to identify why she is not showing up on report. When I pull in Top Manager Name field, I get no results.

Content

Identified a new hire that was not showing on our weekly current employee report.  Removed all filters but she still was not showing up. I then decided to recreate the report.  I am only using one Subject Area, Workforce Management - Employee Assignment Real Time. The only filter is on the Employee Name to check the impacted employee. Discovered that once I pulled in "Top Manager Name" from the Matrix Manager folder, the report does not return any results.  I ran the scheduled job to "Refresh Manager Hierarchy" multiple times to see if that resolved the issue but it did not.
