Candidate able to accept E-Offer after expiration date
Summary
Candidate able to accept E-Offer after expiration dateContent
Hello,
I was just made aware of an external candidate that was able to accept an E-Offer that had expired. We have our Offer Expiration date period set to 1 week, and we use Advanced E-Offers. In my situation, the E-Offer was created on 7/1 and set to expire on 7/8, but the candidate accepted on 7/24. My expectation was that the candidate would NOT be able to accept the offer once the expiration date was passed. Has anyone else expirenced a similar issue?
Thank you
