Need option to include Bidder Agreement while floating/conducting negotiation and it should act as access gate to participate in the event, System should allow suppliers to view/participate in the event only it they accepts bidder agreement.

Ex -

The bidder agreement contains standard TnC's set by XXcompany that we are sharing with supplier and once they agreed then only we  are allowing them to participate in RFX/eAuction
