Opportunity status and sales stage relation
Hi Community Members,
I have observed one behavior while working on opportunity. Even though I have defined status as closed in one of the sales stage in Manage sales stage and sales methods, I can see all the values in sales stage when I check into the opportunity detail pages.
Example : I have configured status = Won for Sales Stage = Closed. But I could see Closed sales stage even when status = open
I would like know the significance of setting status while defining sales stage as it does not seems to be working.
Also what are best available options to control this behaviour?
