When Creating a a new Requisition you have to Provide Organization and Primary Locations

We already Implemented Core HR And we have the Core HR Locations and Departments

I see that in the Requisition Offer I will insert the Core HR Locations and Departments So I must say I dont undesratnd the meaning of Organization and Primary Locations

what is it exactly and why is it a mandatory ?
