Has anyone experienced Google Chrome auto-fill issues with onboarding forms?

Hi,

Looking for advice to solve a re-occurring issue, with what I assume is auto-fill.

Candidates complete a New Employee Information form in onboarding, which requires them to enter all personal information. However, it appears auto-fill (which I think is when using Google Chrome browser), is overriding information entered on the form and candidates do not realize it until the form is already submitted - in which we have to re-start transitions - or it's not caught until they're fed over in our integration to PeopleSoft. 

It's been a real pain point and I'm not sure how to avoid it since it's a candidate specific browser issue. We've recently added some language at the top of the form to make candidate's aware of this issue, hoping they will review their information before they submit the form. We just put this in place the other day, so I'm not sure if it's actually helped yet.
