A competency was deleted by mistake by the Worker. Can we take it back?

Hello,

A Worker deleted by mistake a self-evaluation of competency in Skills and Qualifications. She wanted to remove the assessment of this year (2019) and the full competency disappeared, as well as the evaluation from last year (2018).

 

Can we recover the competency somewhere as admin?
