Correct Attachment Category in a Requisition for Approver as well as Buyer

Hi,

We have a requirement about the attachment in a requisition should be displayed to the Approver as well as Buyer. We have tried Attachment to  Requisition with Attachment Category as "To Approver", "To Buyer", "Miscellaneous" etc. None of these categories are satisfying the requirement. Can anyone please advise on this.
