In our testing of the goals responsive pages, we have come across an issue where my co-worker is seeing goals on the Edit Weights page that he does not have on his own goal plan.  2 goals that are triplicated, so they show up as 6 more goals.  Thedr "extra" goals are HR-assigned goals.  He did not run the mass assign process for them (I did).  In our other test environment, I checked his data and the same thing is occurring, but even more HR-assigned goals are showing in his Edit Weights page (220 of them, again, duplicated dozens of times)
