Need to create an Eligibility Profile that excludes individuals in a specific job code in one Business Unit

I am trying to create an eligibility profile that will exclude individuals in two job families but only in one business unit.  Individuals in the job families who work in other units will not be excluded.  I have attached screenshots of what I have set up, but it excludes everyone in the two job families and everyone in the one business unit.  I only need the folks in the two job families who are in the one business unit excluded.
