Creating Default Owners For Reqs.

Morning,

In the past I was able to automatically add myself as an Owner for all new reqs. 

I'm trying to add another person as an owner for all new reqs. created, but for some reason I'm not able to figure out how I did this.

When I click on the add/edit req. layout page in the customize pages section, i'm not able to add a name along with mine.

Does anybody know how to do this?
