Unable to see Outside Processing Mapping Set in Cost Management Application Scope

Summary

To Implement Outside Processing - I should be able to define Mapping set for the Outside Processing mapping set

Can anyone assist me if I am missing something because which I dont see the Outside Processing Mapping set?

I dont believe we need to enable anything or a opt in feature to have this.

However I have checked from my end if there is an opt in feature to have outside processing enabled mapping set - I didnt find any.
