Enabling Responsive for Payroll

We needed to enable responsive UI for Oracle Recruiting.  However, when we enabled it for that module and a handful of others, employees lost the ability to change their Tax Withholding Rules through self-service.  This is a popular feature and was tested in SIT1 and 2.

The only way to get that feature back is to enable responsive UI for payroll as well.  Our question is

  1. Would you recommend using responsive UI for the payroll module? 
  2. With go-live on October 1st, 2019, do you recommend we test and enable it before go-live?

If we don’t enable responsive UI now,

  1. We’ll need to inform the client that they won’t have this feature for go-live
