Is anyone using the security questions on the career section for password recovery?

Is anyone using the security question feature on the career section for password retrieval?   I turned this on in our staging environment and was testing, but it doesn't present them with a list of security question options - they have to type in their own security question, which I think is a risk.   They aren't going to remember what they typed.   If they select one from a list, they would most likely remember what they answered for that question.   Does anyone know if we can create a list of questions?
