Hello

We have a requirement to update an employee to the next step one year from their hire date.

We have a grade ladder that has grades with steps assigned and assigned to Positions.  We also have Grades with grade rates that are assigned to a Position. 

The ones that move to the next step are in the Grade Ladder with grade steps.  I set up an eligibility profile on the grade ladder and when I ran the process for one person I received an error.  When I removed the eligibility profile and ran it on the process run date the process showed successful but it did not update the employees assignment with Action Automated Grade Step Progression.  I went in and added rates to 2 grades with steps and on the employees record I'm seeing 2 rows on the grade pop up box.
