Chrome 76 - Blocking Flash

With Chrome 76, Flash is being blocked and additional steps are needed.

With Google Chrome version 76, there are now additional steps that users will need to go through to use the Flash-based Recruiting center.  Our users have started running into this as of this morning.  

"Here’s the bad news: whenever you restart your browser, Chrome erases this list. If you use Flash frequently on a particular website, you’ll have to do this repeatedly. "
