Infer instance for a mapped in entity

How do I infer (add) an entity instance that is also mapped in from OSvC?

Hello,

I have a custom object child for incidents.  This is for an OPA Mobile model, so dynamic load is not available via query. When OPA loads the incident to the mobile device, it automatically loads the child information associated with the incident.  This is good.  During the OPA Interview, the user may decide to select a different child from a list presented via an excel rule.  The excel rule is necessary because the dynamic query does not work from within the mobile OPA app.
