Receiving a coverage calculation error when trying to process a New Hire Life Event

Content

I'm working in our Test environment, and after a recent refresh the error below appears when I go to process a New Hire Life Event on an employee. We've cross-checked our production environment benefit set up with test and everything matches so I'm not sure where the issue is. Any guidance would be appreciated!

"The coverage value cannot be null for the coverage calculation's coverage multiple rule. Review the coverage calculation setup. (BEN-990285) This error occurred in the package ben_determine_coverage.main. Context at the time of error: Person {Employee Name}, Calculation Method NSVU, Program US Employees, Plan Core Life/AD&D, Plan Type Life Insurance, Option Elect, Coverage Core Life & AD&D."
