Cannot find Qualification and Level Database Name for Italy

Hello experts,

I'm creating a fast formula. However, I cannot find the Database Name of the following items QUALIFICATION and LEVEL for Italy.

Both of them are lookups, but their codes are not being recognized in fast formula.

How can I find their database name?
