19C - Transfer Workforce comp has new field - "Mark Assignments as Processed" - what does this mean/what is it used for? I could not find any reference to this field in the 19c release notes. Our production environment is still 19B and it does not have this field so it must be a 19C change. 

This is on the Other details page when going through the screens to setup the "Transfer workforce" batch process. Assume it's related to this item in the release notes??
