Public Holiday Calendar events  are not getting excluded from Leave duration calculation of  Absences Type UOM :Calendar Days.

these are getting excluded for Absences type of UOM : Days.

Can the Leave duration be excluded for the amount of Public holidays applicable to employee on his calendar/workshcedule.

Any pointers to this case(fast formula changes/DB Item availability ) pls help to explore.
