State-by-state HCM implementation/deployment in the US

Summary

Legislation, etc

Content

Hi there,

There's a query from a customer that relates to the state-by-state HCM (i.e. Core HR and Talent Management) deployment legislation across the US. For example, deploying the solution to California and New York and other states across the US. I understand that certain states within the US would have different legislation.

How exactly does it work? Will it just be the same/similar as the country-by-country deployment or will it be different?

Thanks,

Kathrina
