Hello ~

Does anyone have any best practices for entering voluntary instructor led training sessions for shift work?  My company has three shifts:

1. Daylight: typical 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

2. Afternoon:  2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

3. Overnight 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Daylight and afternoon we have no problems in keying.  However, when we create a training for the 3rd shift the Training Start Date and Time are on one day but the Training End Date and Time are on the following day (since it's beyond midnight).  For example, I want training to begin on Wednesday, August 7 at 11 p.m. EST.  Training would end on Thursday, August 8 at 7:00 a.m.  However if I try to input 7:00 a.m. as the "end time" the system thinks I mean 7:00 a.m. on the day it started (August 7) and gives me an
