Candidate file attachment size limits, can they increase?

Hi there,

Has anyone been able to increase the size limit on attachments that can be upload/added to the candidate file?  We have ours set to what is supposed to be the system maximum of 1MB, however i'm wondering if that's it, end of story or if anyone has increased this?
