Hello experts,

we want to create a custom formula that allow business partners to see all workers under the same Business Unit. However, business partners do not have any direct reports.

Is it possible to allow business partners to manage compensation plans for all workers under the same business unit even if they are not their direct reports?

Is there a formula to do it or a simple configuration?
