Hi all, 

I'm trying to build a report which will display all employees and data from external identifier and work email in OTBI. 

I'm looking to create something like the table below but we have come across many difficulties to do so. It needs to show all employees, with or without (blank) a specific external identifier and email, see my comments in the table. 

Has anyone done something similar, if so, what is the best way to do create a report as such?
