Summary

Is it possible to add a DFF on the Edit Talent Ratings page

We would like to add a Descriptive Flexfield to this page to capture another talent rating that our company wants to use.  Any ideas?   I have created a lookup and want to use it and I don't want to rename Performance/Potential and use those fields in its place.  We already have historical data in those fields.
