how to add inactive learners to a retro offering or course

no option to add an inactive learners from the wizard

hi.

we are going to go live with the OLC and i have the following issue:

we want to create an offering from 2016 and to add learners into it for tracking matters, the issue is that since the speicifc learner is Inactive today in the system (terminated in 2017) i cant add him to the offering - (because in the wizard the start date must be today and today this employee is inactive)

what should i do?
