Behavior content type in enhanced profile management

Hello All,

Previously, there used to be behavior content type but i no longer see it in the enhanced profile management oages. My client is a newly provisioned environment. 

How do we configure behaviors for competencies in enhanced profile mgmt? Has anyone done this post 19A?

please advise.
