How to set up a review including employee specific strengths?

Hi all,

We have a new review process in which we will use employee's 'strengths' top 5. As these 'strengths' are specific to each employee, I have created a section on the Talent Center where the employee can fill in his top 5 Strenghts; strengths-fields are setup as picklist (single) in 'Employee Fields'. As these Strengths are a discussion topic in the annual review, I want these strengths to be visible in the employee's annual review document. I can add these Strengths fields in the employee review page layouts, but not in the manager review page layout.
