Is it possible to Automate Employee performance rates and Salary increment rates in the Oracle Fusion Compensation? For example, if an employees' last year overall performance rating is 3-4 out of 5 we should give them a 15% salary increment. please refer the following graph. could we automate this in the worksheet? here I also attached the screenshot of the table. please give me an answer. if it is possible. how to do it?
