UNABLE TO UPLOAD TALENT PROFILE(JOB) USING HDL

We have over 8000 competencies to be uploaded for 400 jobs. we are using HCM DATA LOADER(HDL), but we are getting the error below- 
"HRC-Data for the child ProfileItemVO is already present in fusion DB but parent's data is not found"
