All of our plans are position-based.  Yet, they all have incumbents, and those incumbents are identified by running the Succession Plan Incumbents process.  I tried to use the Incumbent field search filter to narrow the list of my plans to one with a specific incumbent, but it didn't do anything when I selected the employee name from the list.  I had assumed that it would look for incumbents that are defined on incumbent-based plans AND those incumbents identified on job and position-based plans via the Succession Plan Incumbents process - but I'm thinking maybe it only looks at incumbent-based plans' incumbents.  Can anyone
