We're researching the Goals responsive pages, and I'm not seeing a way for a manager to, in one click, select all their directs in order to mass assign a goal to all them.  When going to My Team > Performance Overview, I see that each employee has a checkbox next to their name - so I get that those can be individually selected - but we have managers who have dozens of direct reports, and having to individually check each box will cause a lot of abrasion (even for those who don't have that many directs).  This was inherent in the
