Network Error

Hi,

I have tried to create one Service Connection (Rest API - without credentials) in Digital Customer Service (DCS). I have configured the connection and set the static url parameters. But when I tried to test my connection I got the network error.  

API URL: https://xx.xx.xx.xx/apps/PortalBalance?cust_account_id=14984

Can we not create the API which has 'No authentication'? Anyone facing this kind of issue before?
