    Can we enable/disable Move action based on a certain field value?

    Can we enable/disable Move action based on a certain field value? Currently, user can move activities any number of times they want. But is there way to disable move action based on a certain field value? For example, IF Field_VAL = A THEN MOVE_ENABLED ELSE NOT.
