TSS - missing job family

Hi,

I'm trying to troubleshoot why some of our jobs are missing the family information out on our careers site.  When I look at the requisition details within Taleo, it appears the information is associated with the requisition itself, but the info is not making it out to the posting on TSS.  .  I'm attaching a screenshot.  I can't figure out what is causing this to occur. Any ideas?
