Can I enter an employee with salary currency and address format different than legal entity country?

Summary

Can I enter an employee with salary currency and address format different than legal entity country?

Content

I have an employee that is in Country A, but their Legal entity is in Country B (USA)  But I want to enter the employee's salary in the currency of Country A, and enter their home address in the format for Country A.  It looks like Oracle Cloud HCM needs a legal entity in the same country as the employee in order to do that. Is that correct?
