Update of Primary Care Physicians by Benefits Adminstrator
Summary
Are Benefits Administrators allowed to update Primary Care Physicians for EEs?Content
When working Action Items, I would have expected a Benefits Administrator to have the ability to update a Primary Care Physician on behalf of an employee but it is greyed out. Is this by design?
I am also having problems limiting the types of Primary Care Providers that can be selected by Plan. I am attaching screen shots of my setup. I want Dentist and Orthodontist to be selected on Dental, so for each medical plan I set a minimum age of 200.... knowing no-one is 200 years old. However this is not being limited as desired.
