How username gets generated when a candidate profile is created manually by using "Create candidate" option

Content

Hi All,

I have a question where I want to understand how a username is generated for the candidates who are created by the recruiter or agencies.

We are facing an issue wherein a random 6 digit number is assigned for the username in candidate profiles for the candidates who are either created manually by recruiter or referred by agents. This 6 digit number is again matching with someone else's employee ID and fusion OOTB process is throwing an error saying "The following username already exists in the database".

Howdy, Stranger!
