What is the impact of setting up Customer Hierarchy on Billing and Statements
We are exploring the use of Customer Hierarchy (Party Level relationship) and we wanted to understand its impact and benefits for the business.
Documentation about this is limited. What we understood so far is the usage of having customer hierarchy in place. The following are the usages that we know based on the guides.
1. Payment Processing (Pay Relationship)
2. Credit Check
Apart from these what are other usages/processes that leverages the definition of Customer Hierarchy. Does this impact the statement and billing in the Financials function area? or does it have an impact/use for the Order Management side?
