We have a requirement for external training that employees complete which took place either outside of the company or prior to the individual having worked at company and the renewal options for the completed training by Employees is being achieved.
However there is nowhere to hold this on an employee's transcript in Oracle Learn or for the employee to enter this.
What workaround is there for this ? we are not using Talent Profile so cant use a custom content type.
Can we add a DFF to the View Transcript page for the employee to enter their external Learning ?
