Hello ,

We implemented a medical plan with following options

1 Option 1 - employee only

2. Option 2 - employee plus spouse

assuming the plan will be rolled out for all employees so i enabled assign on default for option 1 . if some employees are eligible but they do not want to enroll the plan

what is the best way to handle this situation or in other words how can i achieve this

Should i create option 3 and for coverage declined ?

or some kind of plan restriction - not sure how it works?

any other idea?

Thanks!
