Looking for Suggestions on what Ad-Hoc Reports for Merit/ Bonus

Hi,

I was not sure if this would go in this group or the reporting analytics one. We will be using Oracle HCM for the first time to start the year off and I am looking for suggestions or templates for reports that you all have put together to help my managers with the merit/ bonus process as well as to help my team with administering the process.  Taking any suggestions and insight. Thanks.
